CBC is a large, privately-held company spread over 16 countries and 32 offices,
yet we remain agile, responsive and adaptable to change. We credit this flexibility
to our flat management structure, which gives our people the freedom, knowledge
and responsibility to best serve our customers.
Each CBC office has an independent country manager with a fully staffed
support team, ensuring extensive knowledge of local markets and cultures
and fast, appropriate responses to customer needs. Country managers report
directly to CBC’s President and Vice President, based out of our San
Francisco headquarters. Corporate functions such as import, export,
and finance are based out of San Francisco as well.
