Connell Bros. Co. Taiwan was established in 1955 as a distributor of manufacturing machinery. Beginning in 1962, Tong Hsing served as a Connell Bros. office, representing the company throughout Taiwan. In 1992, the two companies launched the joint venture that became CBC Taiwan. In 2008, Connell Bros. Company, Ltd. has taken full control of its Taiwan operations by repurchasing the shares owned by Tong Hsing.
