Our product portfolio includes acidulants, natural antimicrobials, enzymes, fibers, flavors, hydrocolloids, modified starches, natural colors, vitamin premixes, spice oleoresins, seasonings and an array of other essential ingredients. Our customers include businesses in confections, baked goods, beverages, dairy and other areas of the food processing industry.
The Technical Selling group (TSG) for Food Ingredients consists of Food Technologists as well as application experts. Our application labs in Indonesia, Thailand and soon, Malaysia enhance product development for customers in the region. We often combine our expertise with that of our principals.
