Purpose of Job:

In collaboration with CPO Manager; this role is to provide professional business / project support and solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, cross-country coordination and strategic / business planning process for entire CBC.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and business analysis to develop strategic / business plan as well as implementation of specific initiatives / projects
  • Prepare market / business analysis / report with inputs from Local countries, HR and Finance to support CBC business operations.
  • Support CBC SLT (Senior Leadership Team) in developing and implementing objectives and business strategies.
  • Measure and monitor regularly the implementation of strategy, specific group targets and action items
  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing and business tools to enhance existing practices and prepares processes for path forward.  Conduct training on how to effectively use the developed tool as a part of roll-out plan.
  • Work together with country General Managers and various managers on planning, strategies, and requirements to support growth
  • Develop presentations for key internal and external meetings
  • Facilitate necessary workshops to extract key information necessary to develop strategies, objectives and action plans.
  • Drive knowledge management within countries and business through simple, yet consistent processes, documentation, and maintenance of Intranet/databases
  • Manage or lead various ad-hoc activities / projects as needed
Required Skills, Experience and Competencies:
  • University degree, Masters preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in business administration, marketing, or project management. 
  • Strong business acumen, analytical & problem-solving skills, combined with structural approach.
  • Excellent coordination and organization skill, initiative, self-motivated, multi-tasking, good ability to prioritize workload, and with flexibility to work extended hours.
  • Strong presentation skills both verbally and in written form.
  • Excellent handling of PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Access and associated IT tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams, diverse group, other cultures, and complex environments.
  • Fluency in English
